Ability to supervise and evaluate personnel

Computer literate 

5 years experience in supervisory capacity

Welding experience and/or certification preferred

High School Diploma or GED required.

Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.  

Our client is searching for a highly motivated, knowledgeable and experienced   supervisor. The main responsibility is the direct supervision of production personnel. Responsible for organizing his/her department and employees, visualize future impacts and needs, energize the employees to get their tasks done and supervise their work ensuring that the productivity and quality standards are met.  Must have strong leadership capabilities.
