Assistant Bakery Manager
Assistant Bakery Manager is responsible for performing all the duties and job functions of an experienced Bakery Manager. They must follow approved procedures for receiving product, price marking, and restocking to ensure quality protection, accuracy, and product rotation.
The person will be responsible to assist with all the efforts from the bakery. For the Deli the position is required to make hot and cold sandwiches for breakfast and lunch, as well as dip ice cream and make milkshakes and sundaes. The person may open and close once trained.
The Assistant Manager responsible for assisting customers with their selections, assuring the quality and freshness of product, assuring that the appropriate variety of product is available, following shift standards, being available for all shifts as needed, according to department standards following all food safety and sanitation procedures, and assisting other staff members.
