Billing Representative (Cambridge)
The Billing Representative will support the organization by providing excellent customer service to carriers, customers, and co-workers through accurate and timely billing, processing of payable and responsiveness to issues and inquiries.
Process all bills and payments in a timely, professional and accurate manner.
Follow up with the sales department or the carrier as needed.
Assist with training new employees.
Process all claims issues as directed.
Follow all company standard operating procedures.
Be vigilant in the prevention of fraud.
Send packets to carriers to offer ACH services.
Call on unbilled orders and/or work on orders with paperwork issues as needed.
Monitor incoming group emails and phones daily and respond in a timely manner.
High school diploma required.
Associates degree preferred.
1+ year experience invoicing customers or processing accounts payable.
