- Create spreadsheet of past games & make a plan for future games (at least 3 months or more in advance).
- Order and pick-up food for town hall
- Organize set-up and create numbers/teams
- Review bills at the end of each month changes and coordinates those changes- maintains a spreadsheet with all of our deductions listed
- Creates new hire packets
- Creates handbooks
- Maintains workmans comp spreadsheet- is backup to take employees to see doctors when an injury occurs- processes paperwork with workman’s comp
- Goes to bookkeepers with papers and picks-up checks.
- Assists with AP and AR
- Goes on bank runs and enters deposit slips into Quickbooks
- Takes meeting minutes for all weekly meetings as well as the team meetings
